The prevalence of digital devices is having a significant impact on our sleep patterns. Blue light from the screen and applications that encourage engagement reduce sleeping time and consequently lead to anxiety, obesity and damage to the glymphatic system. Most people are aware of the effects of digital technology on sleep but struggle to deal with it. These three ancillary kits explore ways of changing the behaviour of how we interact with devices that affect our sleep. Ultimately, these interactions are physical in nature and these kits critique and parody the behaviours that we have come to dangerously normalise.
